Through April 5, Ryerson Image Centre in Toronto is presenting Burn With Desire: Photography and Glamour. Curated by Dr. Gaëlle Morel, this exhibition looks Hollywood portraits, red-carpet images and fim-set photos to examine the role that photography has played in defining glamour since the 1920s. Another exhibition, Anti-Glamour: Portraits of Women, will consider female representation and challenge traditional stereotypes.
