As a part of their 10th anniversary celebration, Canadian indie record label Arts & Crafts is presenting Norman Wong x Arts & Crafts, an exhibition of work by Toronto-based fashion and music photographer Norman Wong. Wong’s black-and-white portraits of label artists include images of Leslie Feist, Kevin Drew, Emily Haines, Amy Millan, Dan Mangan, Torquil Campbell and many more. There will also be a special archival collection of personal, candid shots taken by Wong during A&C tours, concerts and photography sessions. Wong explained, “This collection of photographs is a celebration of a group of people I truly love and admire. No one outside my circle of friends has seen these photographs, and it gives me great excitement to share it with the city I love, to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Arts & Crafts.”
Managed and produced by Analogue Gallery, the exhibition will be at 1093 Queen St. W. (Unit 2), Toronto, through June 15. A limited number of prints will be available for purchase at the show and online. A portion of the proceeds from the show will be donated to Testicular Cancer Canada and MusiCounts.
