From June 12 to 16 in Montreal, a kilometre of the pedestrian section of Sainte-Catherine Street (between St-Hubert Street and Papineau Street) will become an open-air art gallery. This 14th edition of the Festival International Montréal en Arts (FIMA) will present more than 75 professional and emerging artists. The diverse festival programme offers visitors a chance to meet with artists; watch art demonstrations; and see film screenings, installations and performances. There are two exhibitions specifically geared towards creating interaction between children and artists. Three photo-based artists will be exhibiting at the festival: Emmanuel Chieze, Michel Pomerlo et Suzanne Ernest.
