SHOW YOUR TALENT TO THE WORLD!

Photo Life is pleased to announce the call for entries to the 2012 edition of the Emerging Photographers competition. This annual contest gives Canadian photography students, apprentice photographers and those just beginning their careers a unique opportunity to share their vision and talent with the world.

Going beyond social boundaries, standard techniques and established rules, the 2012 Emerging Photographers competition showcases the freshest ideas and trends in today's photography.

Winning photographers will be judged on their ability to capture a true, uncompromised photographic vision as well as demonstrate an original and bold approach in their photography.

From all submissions received, editors will select the most outstanding up-and-coming talents to showcase in Photo Life’s August/September issue as well as in the Photolife.com Emerging Photographers’ on-line gallery.

Participants may submit up to three images and must provide technical information along with a brief narrative/comment for each image. Please note that this competition is open to Canadian residents only.
